This is post to sort out my goals and plans for what I will contribute to BHOP over the coming months, leading into 2018.

Suggestions

I'm a big supporter of people suggesting things and us taking them into account to make an even greater and stronger server than previous to the suggestion. I've already suggested the removal of world records, new maps, and a RTV Timer and Max and Captin have both said that adding new maps is very probable. You can expect me to work alongside users and staff to help strengthen the server even further.

Acquiring More Staff

We need more staff on BHOP to strengthen the team and continuously improving server administration. This server has been continuing to grow over the past week, and we need to make sure we can continue with scaling not just with players but staff.

Growing the Player Base

If there's one thing that keeps a player staying is that sense of accomplishment in the game, big or small. We need to continue adding content to bring this sense of accomplishment which will be done through suggestions.

I like the suggestion/plans, however numerous people have said sim things, and never followed or succeeded. Suggestions

As for suggestions, just encouraging people that have ideas for the server that come to me about them and letting them know they can help improve the server with their ideas by going to the forum to suggest these so we can review them. I'll also be personally adding suggestions whether it be for new content or a few more maps every now and then.

More Staff

As for getting more staff, over time as the player base grows we'll have more people coming in looking for a position hopefully but of course that will mean our current staff team must be very present to help encourage those considering applying to do so. I'll be making sure everyone has been doing their part with their activity and there are a few already I've spoken to Max and Chute about that will get talked to in the meeting.

Growing Player Base

As for growing the player base that comes with having a consistent player base already and adding more features or progressive additions to the server like a few new maps every now in then, or future ideas myself and others come up with.
