In the servers current state of the small map pool, returning players are finding the map pool dry, small, and boring. This turns players away. Some are also wishing, such as Max, that the term "EASY" Bhop, expand what Easy is, by a small portion. Below are a list of 12 maps that the server could use that both fit the easy, and relatively small-mid sized maps the server needs.

Reset All WR's

Currently the map times are all fucked up on every map, every mode, not every record, but around 60% of them. These are due to hacks or exploits, and have yet to been fixed for many months.

5 Minute RTV Wait

When a map is changed, players will have to wait 5 minutes before they can RTV to respectively allow those that enjoy the map a chance to beat it before players have a chance to force them out of the map.

I also wanted my RTV suggestion implemented, whereas when the required amount of RTV votes meets the requirement, it will give you one last minute until the map vote screen appears so this gives you the chance to finish your last run.
