Why is our "out of game items for in game items" trade more serious which brings harsher punishments than our hacking policy?

I'd personally say that this is due to the fact that with selling in-game items for our game cash, major losses are made in regards to booster packs and such.
Hacking is not a direct harm to the server as such, but if we do not have funds for paying for the servers anymore we would have a much more sophisticated problem. The harm done is to a certain confined amount of players, while harm done to the money Zarp get's through Boosterpack and VIP sales is much more substantial, at least in the eyes of our community team. |

It's not that people selling out of game items shouldn't be punished, but I feel that it is too harsh, like a permanent ban for selling items and "harming" the money of zarp VS a kick for ruining people's experiences for months with cheats seems ridiculous.
