Seargent, 7 warnings is a BIG amount. If someone has 7 active warnings and they get banned for it - They get banned because they deserve it, not because they made 7 mistakes.
Also, kind of beats the purpose if you warn and not slay. Personally, if the reported player doesn't know the rules and breaks them like that, I always ask the victim if they want them to be both slayed and warned. Usually, they just ask for a slay and not a warn, because warnings are worse.
Many told me that I am too kind for the server, but believe me, nobody is getting punished for nothing. And I mean it.

yeah, if someone makes a mistake and/or they are new to the server, it's much better to just autoslay them and not warn, seen as autoslays don't go on their rapsheet, warns do, so it's not a permanent punishment.

you openly expose someone else's vote from a meeting and who that vote was on, what did you expect that to look like?

also a lot of meetings don't even use strawpoll, TTT's the only meeting I've ever used strawpoll in and I'm more used to manual votes, so yeah I sort of presumed this was from a manual vote..
