BHOP Related

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:

i'd start off by telling them to press F2 and switching until they're spectating me (i'd do this so they know if they're bhopping correctly after i have explained it to them). once they are spectating, i will tell them the basics of bhopping - first change your sensitivity, i'd personally use a high sensitivity but you can use a low sensitivity if you have a larger mouse mat. following this, you should start holding space - with your left thumb. then, you should position your fingers on WASD; remember to never let go of space. whilst holding space, press W once so you're moving forward - then let go of W. Then hold A whilst looking left and jumping at the same time to go left, and hold D and look right when you go right. this is bhop, you just alternate between these two key-combos. if you want to stop at any time, just hold S. remember to never let go of space, and don't hold W.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

i would ask the spammer to calm down with the mic/typing in chat. if they don't follow the verbal warning, i would tell them again, but this time I would mention that they will be gagged/muted if they don't stop. if they spam again, i would gag/mute them depending on if they're mic spamming or chat spamming. also, people who use their mic a lot but are respectful and are carrying out a civilised conversation aren't mic spammers in my eyes, people who voice change, scream/shout, play music, have a really bad mic or just don't stop talking after people have told them they don't want to hear them are mic spammers. if they carry on micspamming I would kick them and ask for a higher member of staff to ban them. however, if they ear rape i will instantly gag them as it is extremely annoying for those trying to play.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.

i'd ask them to stop exploiting and explain to them why it's an exploit so they don't do anything similar again. if they don't stop, i'd kick them. if they returned and carried on i would have to contact a higher member of staff to ban them for it.

Why I should be chosen

for those who don't know, i'm Stratiic, and i used to be a Bhop Moderator late 2015 - early 2016. on top of this i was Deathrun Owner, Owner of CSGO 1v1 (when it was a thing lmao), Global Moderator on the forums, SSRP Admin, TTT Admin and TS3 staff - this was throughout 2015 and 2016 but i resigned from all my ranks in June 2016 - i was never demoted from any of my positions. all this combined shows that i'm an experienced staff member and i know how to handle situations of any kind, although it has been a year since i've had any type of staff rank - i still know what is expected of me as a staff member, and how to fulfill my role. i have been playing BHOP quite a lot recently and i'm a big fan of the changes the lead team has made to the server, although i have many ideas for the server which i believe would improve the server even further. i also believe i should be staff as i often play bhop and there are no staff members on, especially late in the night where people come on to troll the server and staff members are often asleep, which means if i were to be accepted i could deal with situations at more awkward times.
