Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I have been a Moderator for 2 weeks now and during that time I have done a large amount of F1's , helped out a lot of people and further contributed the the SSRP community in ways like getting on when I'm needed to help and helping others out with their applications . I feel as though I should of waited 2 weeks instead of one because I wanted to make sure I'm ready for Admin and understand the rules and how to deal with them even further .

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

At one point I was on there were no Admins online and some guy was propblocking the spawn , I asked him several times to remove his props and he kept replying with " No , you're not an Admin , you can't make me do that , what are you going to do about it ? " so I kicked him in order to remove the props blocking spawn .

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello <New Moderator's Name> , I am Stratiic and I'm the Administrator helping you today . First I will teach you about the commands and how and when to use them . Just type in the chat /tp for example in order to use the command .

/tp : This command is the teleport command , it will teleport you to wherever you're looking , if you wanted to teleport another player to where you're looking you would put their name after /tp . You can use this to tp someone if they are stuck , or when you are bringing them to a roof for an f1 .

/bring : This command will teleport the players name after /bring to your location . You can use this to tp someone if they are stuck , or when you are bringing them to a roof for an f1 .

/goto : This command will teleport to the players name after /goto . You should use this when someone has made an f1 and you want to go to them , you should never using /bring in an F1 , unless you are bringing them to a roof .

/back : This command will teleport you or the players name after /back back to their previous location . You should use this after you have finished an f1 so the players' involved in the f1 don't have to walk back to where they were .

/warn : This is probably the command you will be using the most . This is how to use it : /warn <players' name / players' steam id > <reason> . You use this when you know for a fact that someone has broken a rule .

/slay : This command will kill whoever's name is after /slay . You should use this if there is a hobo/citizen/mutant with a big gun in order to remove their big gun by force .

/freeze : This command will freeze the players' name after using /freeze . You should use this when someone is running away from an F1 or to stop someone RDMing . You use /unfreeze then the players' name to counter this .

Unban from job : You will use this command to unban someone from a job they were demoted from , use it for when the demote request on him which was accepted was a false demote .

/kick : This will kick the players' name after /kick from the server . You should use this when someone is spamming props and is refusing to remove them .

That is all of the commands ! So let's move on to the next part.

F1 Menu : As a user , pressing F1 would bring up a box in which you report players who are breaking the rules , now you are a moderator you no longer have access to that but instead it will come up with F1's that people have made . Right clicking on the F1 will bring up a list of options , you can mark the f1 as spam , you should use this when someone is making false f1's for example , you can put the f1 on handling which means no one else can do that f1 but you and goto which teleports you to the maker of the f1. Also in the F1 menu there is the logs , which records people dying , changing jobs , etc and the recent warning given where you can see recent warning given by other staff members.

Last part is the F6 menu . You use the F6 menu to look up someones' warnings by entering his/her steam id .

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Depending on how long they have been banned for I would decide on an amount of time of which he would be banned for and discuss it with another member of staff , this would prevent a biased result. The length of the ban would range from 1 day to a week .

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I feel as though I should be promoted because I spend quite a lot of time on the SSRP servers and never abuse my powers . I am keen on helping people out and keeping the community friendly and enjoyable for those who abide by the rules , I cannot always do that because my moderator powers limit me from certain things like banning those who are breaking rules such as trying to crash the server via propspam for example , or Mass RDMers ( another example ) . I am aware that I can just contact an Admin but a lot of the time they are caught up in F1's or Role playing and I do not wish to disturb them .

Great staff member on both DarkRP and TTT and is active, he has proven himself to be a trustworthy staff member who can handle f1 situations quickly, effectively and with precision. First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.

As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been Accepted..

Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any Superadmin/Headadmin for your training..

You need to attend a weekly meeting on our Teamspeak server (IP is 94.23.19.200), it would also be appreciated if you can click the banner in my signature and add me on steam so that we can manage the meetings more easily.
