We've just looked into this issue and cans see that your ZARP VIP is active and working as normal. If your upgrades are not appearing in-game this may be because you are playing on a different Steam profile to the one linked to your ZARP account. Currently your account is linked to this profile: steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198120599752 If this is not correct please let us know and we will update your details immediately. If this is correct, first try to restart Steam and then re-connect.
