We've just looked into this issue and cans see that your ZARP VIP is active and working as normal. If your upgrades are not appearing in-game this may be because you are playing on a different Steam profile to the one linked to your ZARP account. Currently your account is linked to this profile: steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198120599752 If this is not correct please let us know and we will update your details immediately. If this is correct, first try to restart Steam and then re-connect.

Can you please double check that the screen shot you posted is correct? Looks to me that you have the VIP icon showning next to your name on the hud. Could you also please be a bit more specific as to what it is that isnt working about your VIP? Everything or is it just one of the features thats not working right?

Is it only S3 your vip doesn't work? Or does it work on S1 and S2?

If you are still not seeing your upgrades appear in-game on S3 try restarting Steam and then re-connect to the server.
