4:Mass disrespect/Sexual Harrasment(Other harassment)
Temp ban.

The ban command would be appropiate to use when a user is continuesly breaking rules and ignoring any warnings/slays/commands.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Thanks for making a ban appeal. I've looked into your ban appeal and have discussed your appeal with an another administrator and have decided to give you another go. Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I think im qualified for the job because im on TTT nearly everyday and i like to enforce the rules to everyone and keep the server clean of rulebreakers. Im having difficulties everyday with my current rank and have lack of commands to enforce the rules. EG: Player X: Got slayed 3 times, and still continues rdm after it wich actually happened. With these admin powers i'm able to ban the user and enforce the rules better. Every day im warning people too much unnecceserly and with these ban commands i dont have to warn a user for over 4 times and see them comming back the next day and do it over and over.
Im was staff before on SSRP, Deathrun and im currently staff on Bhop. So i feel im trusted enough with my powers
