Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:

I would first introduce myself to the player. I would then tell them about the use of keys and mouse telling them why they shouldn't use w and how to move their mouse while using a and d. I would then ask the player to spectate me and show them how I do it. I would then give them time to practice everything I have told them and after a while spectate them and help them improve I would repeat this cycle until they feel comfortable with bhop.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would first verbally ask them to stop and depending how bad give them a second warning and if they continued after that I would mute/gag them. If they then attempted to leave and rejoin to avoid punishment I would then contact an admin to deal with the situation if however no admin was available I would try to handle the situation to the best of my ability.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would first ask the player not to use the exploit and if it was an unknown exploit report it to lead team. If the player did not stop I would then ask if an admin could come and assist me if not I would again deal with the player to the best of my ability.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I am an active bhop player and feel that as I am on the server consistently and feel I could help administrator the server. I am a trusted member of the community I have ranks on SSRP, TTT and TeamSpeak. I have the ability to deal with rulebreakers in a calm and efficient manner as I have picked up this skill from staffing other servers in the community. People may think this will take time away from me administrating other servers on ZARP but I am already active on the server while active on the servers I am staff on. The reason I am applying is to help people out as I am an active player of bhop and can make sure the server is free of rulebreakers while I play.
