The F1 System is perfect the way it is, we have a small pop up on the bottom left of our screen which says that there are f1s, so no f1s can be left out unnoticed, there's no need for staff to queue f1s by urgent or not urgent, we have the queue with priority, each f1's priority is set by the time it was sent/made, so if an f1 was made 3 min ago it's priority is set to : 180, if an f1 was just sent 5 seconds ago it's set as 5, the one with the higher priority is at the top so we handle them first, and it's the most urgent.
There's no need for the system to change, as i said, it's perfect the way it is.
Totally agree with this. There are moments when there are no F1s, and they pop up rarely, but on peak times we get numerous requests, some of them taking up more time then others. We're doing our best to solve them, but when they stack up, it's harder to be dealt with them at the same pace as usual.
