this is a recent thing that also popped into mind we need to have the logs run a different way or something so where if a F1 HAS'NT been delt with and is left there could be a mark on the logs or something to say incomplete or something where a admin/mod can Que a F1 so that the most urgent or most latest posted will be the first to deal with that F1 and if there are multiple F1's that you can have time to mark the next ones ready to be delt with just thought to suggest a faster way to deal with F1's as you are most likely to be waiting for at-least 5-10 minuets and it may be a quicker way to complete F1's in the future

I don't think you know how our staff f1 system works now as you've never seen it.
The F1 System is perfect the way it is, we have a small pop up on the bottom left of our screen which says that there are f1s, so no f1s can be left out unnoticed, there's no need for staff to queue f1s by urgent or not urgent, we have the queue with priority, each f1's priority is set by the time it was sent/made, so if an f1 was made 3 min ago it's priority is set to : 180, if an f1 was just sent 5 seconds ago it's set as 5, the one with the higher priority is at the top so we handle them first, and it's the most urgent. There's no need for the system to change, as i said, it's perfect the way it is. |

F1s pop up but sometimes no staff are available to do them. We know they're there we just don't.
