Note about activity:
As many of you may have noticed I am not as active as I used to be in the summer and into the start of school when I was logging well over 600 minutes on SSRP everyday and things of that nature. This has been because of the fact that I play Varsity Basketball for my high school and I choose to dedicate my free time to practicing, working out, watching film, and only come on late at night before I go to sleep. However I played my last regular season game on Friday for the conference championship against our rival which we won. All my focus and time has been dedicated to preparing for that game and working up to it but now that basketball is over I will have more time to be on the servers and on the forums. Now I still have Districts and Regionals and however far we go after that up to even winning a State Championship but after that I will be having more time to be on other than just late at night.

Why Jacknelli?

History:

I am a very long standing and dedicated member of ZARP. I have been in this community for over a year and have been a continuous staff member on DarkRP for more than half a year. I currently am, and have been, a section moderator for the Genaral Discussion and Appeals sections for over 2 months. I also have been TeamSpeak staff for around a month. My history with my activity is that I am always active doing my job on the forums as I come on daily during school and at home. If there are times I will not be able to be on or attend a meeting I am sure to let other members know. I am not going to be leaving ZARP any time soon and I would be sure to let everyone know well ahead of time if I do. The only occasion I have been inactive without notice was when I had family and personal problems that I needed to deal with and did not have a computer at the time however I will not be going into further detail about that. With the exception of the one month period I have been actively on ZARP's servers and forums. I am a very understanding person and would never do anything to harm the community if I was going to leave or leave without prior notice if I felt that I was wronged in some way by members of the community. People may make mistakes but I would have a discussion with members of the community and lead team before making any decisions that would affect the community in some way. Even if at some point I was to leave ZARP I would not immediately resign from any positions. I would carry out my responsibilities until it was a fitting time to leave or a staff member was selected to replace me and continue carrying out those responsibilities. I also would finish any projects I was working on and am not the type of person to leave and stick someone else with my unfinished work. However I do not plan on going anywhere for a long time so don't take worry to the above statements.

Staff Capability:

I am highly knowledgeable in handling myself as a staff member and how to handle the responsibilities of a trusted staff position as I am currently a Super-Admin on the SSRP server and a Section Moderator for two sections on the forums. When it comes to staff matters and responsibilities I'm mature and know what I am doing. I am one of the most knowledgeable people regarding ZARP and am thus capable enough to handle any situation. As a section moderator on the forums I consistently handled my staff position responsibly and actively. I am already on the forums daily and will be able to handle problems on a consistent basis. If accepted for Global Moderator I would be able to help ZARP in many more ways than I already have. I would be able to moderate every section as I see many things that need moderating but do not have any moderation abilities in those sections. I am knowledgeable about all of the ZARP servers and all of the sections regarding the forums. I have good judgement about what to do in situations and what actions should be taken to best represent ZARP staff members and the ZARP community as a whole but also to not let opinions get in my way well enough to not let it affect my decision process therefore the right action is always taken. I keep a professional matter when handling serious staff situations and in meetings. One last note I want to make is that I am very knowledgeable of the forums and how to make organized and nice looking posts. I have created two gang threads for The Brotherhood and Spetsnaz SSRP Gangs which are both original work I myself put together aside from the ranking systems and images and copyrighted pictures used in the threads. There will be a link to all of my work on the forums at the end of this application.

Once accepted as Global Moderator:

Once I am accepted as a Global Moderator I will be able to help the community in many more ways than I was previously able to. I will be taking a more active role in the SSRP meetings doing things such as replying to and locking applications. I have noticed that many SSRP staff members are dismayed by the meetings and feel that the meetings take too long or are not run in a serious manner. Yes meetings can be fun and enjoyable as well as running quickly and smoothly, however many people cross the line and have fun at others expenses such as people trolling the meeting or troll voting/voting for invalid reasons and the list goes on. I would help create and run the power-point during meetings if needed and improve the meeting process to go smoother and take up less time as well as making sure we are accepting and denying people for the right reasons. I could work to improve the criteria by which we accept and deny members and give the meeting process more structure than it currently has. In the various sections on the forums I would be able to benefit all of the sections as I am knowledgeable in all of them and as a forum staff member in general. If Section Moderators are going to be inactive for a period and can't moderate their section I will be able to help moderate that section whatever one it may be, as I am very knowledgeable regarding all of them.

Why I would be the best choice rather than another candidate:

I feel that I; rather then the other two possible candidates if they decide to apply, Patrick Star and Lazybro, would be the best choice for the position of Global Moderator. Keep in mind that is if there is only one open spot as Global Moderator and they had to pick a single candidate. I say this because I do feel that both Patrick Star and LazyBro would be suitable candidates and are qualified to be a Global Moderator. However I feel that I would be the best choice for this position if there were only one open spot. I say this because of various factors which have been stated throughout this application. Along with the fact that I will be more active once basketball is over I would make a good choice for this position but honestly I cannot think of a single reason either Patrick Star or LazyBro would not be qualified for this position as they are both great guys and are dedicated to ZARP and do a good job in their respective sections therefore I wish them best of luck to both of them if either decide to apply.

In conclusion:

I am here for the long run. Often overlooked is the amount of time and dedication I have shown towards ZARP. I have been SSRP staff for a continuous length of over half a year and over a year's total time being an active member on ZARP with very limited breaks. I am a very patient member as I have shown in my time as staff. When I applied for moderator after getting recommended to apply I made an application and got accepted. I did not do what most do and make an application the week after they attend their first meeting. I waited a month before, again, getting recommended to apply for Administrator which I then applied for and got accepted. I then got recommended and chosen to be a Super Admin on SSRP. This shows that I am not impatient in getting promoted as I know I am here for the long run so no need to rush things and I know when I am ready for a staff position.
