I posted a clip of me one-tapping Chuteuk — just as a lighthearted joke. There was nothing malicious about it, just some harmless fun over a nice shot in-game.
But instead of laughing it off or just letting it slide, Clarky decided to take it personally and turn it into a big deal. Next thing I know, there’s drama, and the thread gets locked without any explanation. As a forum admin, you’d think someone could separate their personal feelings from their role — but here, it felt like the opposite.
We’re all playing the same game, and sometimes you’re on the receiving end of a clean shot — it happens to everyone. Taking it so seriously and reacting unprofessionally to something that was obviously a joke just makes the situation more embarrassing than the clip itself.
At the end of the day, this is supposed to be fun. If a harmless video is enough to start arguments and shut down threads, maybe the problem isn’t the video…
