To summarize the verdict. This punishment request has been denied due to the laughably bad submitted evidence. Half of said submitted evidence is badly cropped, doesn't contain relevant information and is just people talking in OOC and telling each other that they're getting reported on the forums. I could not find a single breach of TOU in any of the submitted evidence, and this seems to me just to be another petty report.
