After reviewing 1.3 Spamming, from the SSRP server rules, I have come to the conclusion that the event from provided evidence does not fall under spamming.

At the current time, I feel there is more to the story than from your provided screenshot and thus I will mark this punishment request as denied.

If you have more evidence to support your claim, please make a new punishment request.

1.3 Spamming - Spamming is not allowed on our servers, do not repeat messages within a short amount of time. This applies to both text and voice chat. Music may only be played by radio managers. Spamming your camera is not allowed.
