Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

1- 6 or more recent punishments
2- 4 or more recent punishments after a recent ban
3- Mass RDM + LTAP
4- continuous Mic spam/Spam, constant contemptuous behavior, and Discrimination
5- Map exploitation

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello, [instert banned player's name]!

After carefully reviewing your appeal, rap sheet, and contacting the staff member that issued your ban. [instert the banning admin+] and I had a discussion concerning your appeal and we have both come to the conclusion to accept your appeal. We have found your appeal genuine enough to show remorse for your actions, therefore, we felt that you deserve to be given a second chance to play on the server.

Please note that exploiting is prohibited under any circumstances, and doing so again will not result in a better future on your side. Therefore, please familiarize yourself with the rules here to prevent any future punishments.

Why I should be promoted?

I have excellent knowledge of the rules, as well as great experience in staffing. I give off the appropriate punishments depending on the situation and the player, and I am always well-mannered towards players and fellow staff members. However, I am aware that applying at this time isn't sufficient enough to regain trust for my past mistakes, however, I have encountered a few scenarios during my staffing on the server were being a moderator isn't enough to keep the players civilized where I find the ban/name changing command is essential in this scenario. The ban/name change command will be used carefully and properly.
