Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
-Too many recent punishments (around 7)
-Mass RDM + LTAP
-Repeated offences of the same rule, eg. mass racism

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I've taken a week and a half to get used to the moderator commands again, and now I feel more comfortable with them, I would be able to handle the extra power from being an admin. I could also do with the ban command for when higher staff members are not online.

I've read through your appeal and spoke to the staff member who banned you, and I've decided to unban you from the server and [color=#00bb00]accept[/color] this appeal. You've waited a long time to appeal the ban, and you have apologised for abusing the exploit which got you banned. However, should you be caught exploiting again, it'll take a lot more to be unbanned a second time.
