Hey Pablo, I spoke with Richard and Ross, and unfortunately, the ban was justified. While personally, I don't really care if you call your friend a retard on discord, the punishing staff member did and it's up to their discretion. Also, you're extremely lucky to only be banned for such a short amount of time as you were punished in total 21 times along with numerous discrimination punishments. The next ban could be permanent because of the discrimination policy.
