The use of "gay" as an insult or as a negative thing is incredibly harmful, likely more so than you realise. It's something which because it's so commonly said, pushes a lot of LGBT+ youth into being forced into the closet, to harbour animosity towards themselves and can cause a great deal of internal conflict in a lot of people. I don't think that, unless you have experienced this yourself, you really have the right to make a judgement on such a thing, and I can tell you from my personal experience, it does affect people.
So no, this is not a "snowflake warn" and is in line with the
discrimination policy. Dutch did the correct thing here.
So then you should be punished for every single time you thought you were funny by calling your friends gay? It's a two way street my friend, don't try to take a morality stance when you do the exact same fucking thing.
