After speaking to Darling and reviewing your report, I have determined that this staff report is denied.

Darling confirmed both situations you discussed, however, in both cases you did indeed break rule 2.1 - RDM. In neither situations did you have a valid, justifiable reason to kill the victims. Killing an innocent (without asking the murderer about their reasoning) and association (assuming someone is a Traitor because a proven Traitor wasn't shooting them) are not valid KOS reasons. I strongly suggest you read over the Rules to not run into such scenarios.

Darling has also said that you did not give much information to work with in the report window and you didn't respond to the report with a valid explanation, meaning he didn't assume there was a need of opening a chat.
