After I have read through your appeal and talking with a couple of staff members I have come to the following conclusions:

Your Ban Appeal will be

since you received a permaban from the console and that is considered ban evading.
Our admin Ross did his job to permaban both accounts and punished properly.
Maybe re-appeal it somewhere in the future.
You could show us that you can play without breaking rules on other Zarp Gamemodes like SSRP or Prop Hunt.
In the future make a more apologetic appeal if you decide to appeal.
