After I have read through your appeal and talking with a couple of staff members I have come to the following conclusions:

Your first warn will be

Due to the fact that Callum neither tried to explain why you were warned but on his side, it's hard to get an insight into the situation when you are AFK. After you came back he didn't bother explaining what rule you broke and I will give you the benefit of the doubt here since Callum didn't bother explaining.

Your second warn will be

Due to the fact that you have seen Callum with a gold block inside the tower where it can indeed spawn, it can look to you like hiding but he could have been actually brining the gold block to the tester. Therefore you KOSed him on location which is not a valid KOS reason.
