Its not the first time I have had people complain about you or see you get banned. You should have received a ban a while back but the admin made a mistake. You have had more than enough chances being unbanned, and each time you have failed to change. The ban may have been slightly early, but it is still perfectly valid. You NEED to take this time prove you have changed, to think about how you act and to think about how to follow the rules (CLICK FOR RULES) before you have any chance of being unbanned. You could even play other pointshop servers to show us that you have changed and are a changed person.

You mention alot of warnings which are invalid, and you are well aware you can appeal them. You choose not to and choose to still break the same rule time and time again. If it was a mistake, appeal it. It's not the hardest thing in the world.
