Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
MassRDM | LTAP. If a user RDM's (Random Death Match) at least three other users and then LTAP's (Leave to Avoid Punishment), this would be acceptable to use the ban command. The length of the ban should be decided on the user's punishment history and the offence of the punishments. If the user has been banned previously, the ban length should be longer.

Too Many Recent Punishments. If a user has 6-7+ active recent punishments, it would be accepted to use the ban command.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I should be promoted to Admin because I have really good experience with staffing on the server. I am an ex-staff member on three different Zarp servers which gives me lots of experience. I always act professionally on the server, TeamSpeak, Discord and always help users out, even with basic things. I have been on Zarp for a very long time and play on the server a lot. I am always on TeamSpeak talking to people and easily reachable at any time and on any platform. Thank you for reading my application.
