a good situation would be when a player has 6 or more recent warnings also mass rdm and LTAP

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban.How would your response to the appeal be?Hello player x i decided over sometime that i will let you off the hook as you have spent a lot of time being banned and also you seem to be very sincere in the appeal. however if this is to happen again there will most likely be another permban i very much recommend that you go to zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/ttt/46862-ttt-server-rules to look at the rules before you carry on playing the server

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): i think i should be promoted as i have a lot of time on the server i have also been recommend by one of the other admins to apply for admin as been on nearly every day since i got mod and been looking after the server by myself at one in the morning i have built a good relationship with other players in the server. i have also been playing on both servers and been doing reports on both servers i have made it to rank 5 on the usa server and plan to go for number 1
