As per ZARP's
Refund Request Guideline, you are not eligible for a refund in case of the following occurrences:
- Misusing commands/features (buying/selling items, destroying printers, removing items etc)
- Intentionally scripted features (item-o-matic, converting to gems, disconnecting and losing printers etc)
- A player breaks a server rule that causes you to lose item(s)
