Explain situations where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

If someone has too many recent punishments (for example 7), though before banning them it is nice to tell them that if they break one more rule they're getting banned. An example would be if a user has 6 punishments and you tell them via !psay not to get anymore punishments within the next couple of days or they’ll receive a ban. You could contact/ban them with less recent punishments if they are severe enough.

If someone repeats offenses, clearly not following the rules with the intent to harm other people (A player is being racist or homophobic in text chat or through voice chat, you've tgagged/tmuted on the first offence and they decide to continue then you can ban them on the second offence).

If someone Mass RDM's and you autoslay them for 2-3 rounds, they continue after being slayed then you can ban them.

If a player joins the server and Mass RDMs (kills 3 or more people), then leaves to avoid being punished.

If someone continues to Ghost after being given a warning/has a recent punishment for ghosting.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I’ve read through your appeal and spoken with the staff member responsible for your ban, since this is your first ban you should not have banned you so extensively. We normally ban someone for 1-3 days on their first ban. The staff member in question knows better now and is sorry for his actions and would like to apologize for his mistake. Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal, it is much appreciated!

The most important reason: I'm a goose.

I have a good attitude towards others and my work plus I’m mature when I have too. I'm always kind and honest to other staff & players, I treat everyone fairly and equally. If there's anyone asking any questions I will be helpful by answering them to be best of my ability. I try my best not to be biased towards others or in anything I do, I’m very forgiving, and believe in second chances. In the past if given the opportunity I would give the most lenient “punishment” possible. I’m a dedicated hard-working individual who takes his work serious while also trying to “keep things fun”. I’m experienced and know the rules well. I've held multiple Lead Team positions on different communities throughout my time playing TTT. Whilst being within Zarp I’ve never been abusive or anything of the sort and therefore believe I’m very trustworthy, I believe that I’ve shown that I’m more than capable in the past. I spend a good amount of time on the server and will most likely run into a lot of situations where having the ban command could be extremely useful and I won’t have to ask other staff members to ban abuse players for me. I check the forums daily and would love to be able to help with appeals and what not, and being able to attend the administrator meeting again would be neat. I am less active Monday through Friday because of work.
