I would use ban in the following situation/s:

7+ Recent punishments

Mass RDM + LTAP

Mass RDM after 3 autoslays

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would reply:
ACCEPTED

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I believe that allowing me to join as an admin would grant me the ability to staff at my full potential on the ZARPGaming TTT server. Access to the main admin command will allow me to staff and issue ban when needed without having to rely on other admins. I have lots of past experience staffing on the server and I get on well with members of the current staff team, both new and some of the oldies from my last time here. Even without my staff rank I have been helping some new and struggling staff members to develop, I believe admin will help me to offer further support to these people.
