Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A player is being very direspectful to another player, Calling them racial slurs, being homophobic etc. I gag the player for a round and ungag him after the round has ended. After he is ungagged he continues to shout racial slurs down the mic and spam them in chat. I would kick him first. After the player rejoins and continues to micspam, and be racist. I would ban him for a day.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I belive i should be promoted to admin due to the fact my time as a moderator has taught me a lot of what it is being staff, I've found myself a few times asking for admin assistance to hand out certain punishments due to re-occurring rulebreakers. I feel like i am a good candidate for the Admin position due to my extensive knowledge of the rules and being extremely helpful. I have large number of reports handled from my short time as being staff and if i was admin it would be so much easier to deal with certain rule breakers and just help the server overall.
Also i understand that i have only been moderator for a week at the time of the meeting but i feel like i could be one of the best candidates currently due to my 3 years at zarp and around 2 years on Zarp TTT meaning i know alot of the rules and the consequences. I also understand the responsibilities admins have over moderators and feel i would be able to handle them effectively and be trusted. I understand where i had an incident where i warned someone for RDM causing them to get banned for an hour and that warn to be invalid. This was due to a mistake as from my point of view it wouldn't of been a valid kos but in his view it all made sense that i killed innocents and he could very easily figure out it was me. Other than that i've had alot of reports handled in my first week and feel like i'm effective in doing my duty as a moderator. If i got accepted for administrator it would make it easier for me to make the server alot more fun due to limiting rulebreaks as much as i can. I am able to do this already as moderator but as i said before i've found myself a few times requesting admin assistance due to certain rulebreakers.
As i said before also i understand i've only been moderator for a week and some people might say i need more experience. But due to my 2 years on TTT i feel like i have extensive knowledge of the rules and how to deal with certain punishments.
