Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If a person would constantly break the rules, RDM dissrespect etc. And have gotten alot of warnings. About 11 warnings; I would first tell him that he or she breakes another, they will be banned. If they continue with their actions, I would ban them for 1440 minutes (a day). Another example would be if a person recently Mass RDMed and then left the server I would ban them also for a day (1440) for Mass RDM + LTAP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I am very dedicated, I applied as a mod instead of as an admin directly just in case I still didn't have the staff skills in me. But when I became a mod I realized that I still knew all of my old tricks. I am comming back to the server I love and I want to do my best to help it grow to number 1 again; any way I can. Wether it being by coding or just administrating.
