Thank you for your appeal HappyDead000, This will be Accepted because after discussing our conversation with Tom, Tom stated to me that the Logs have shown he done nothing, I cannot prove this unfortunately though We have decided to accept it because We both feel this was a Misunderstanding and you won't do it again, Though I would advise you to Read the rules again which you can find here. the rules will help you avoid these situations, Enjoy the server!
