After talking with TehWither we have come to conclusion to deny this appeal. This is due to your story not collaborating with the chain of events given by TehWither. According to him you were actually the one in stuck and apparently so eager to get out of the situation you RDMed a person rather than waiting for a couple more seconds. We also feel like your time on the server is easily enough for you to know the rules.
Your actions broke the rule 2.1 described in the rules.

2.1 Random Death Match
Any player without valid reasoning cannot kill another player, appropriate reasoning to kill the player is needed. This is otherwise known as RDM (Random Death Match).
