See TTT rules 2.2 states that you should type 2 warnings before you can call KOS. This is just a spesification nothing wrong with your answer I just didnt find it properly explained. (and overall there should be 15/20 seconds between each warning before you call a KOS)

This is a second part I have personal issue with. You in fact can kill them, but you cannot call the KOS as an inno if they refuse to test. This again is me reading into it too much
