Ripping people through rdm makes you look like an utter dickhead move. You are forgetting that there is an F1 system so if Rhys had affected you in anyway you could've easily reported it, I am sure you are aware that there were a few staff members in spawn. RDMing to rip peoples items when staff are near by who can handle the situation is even more of a reason for you to get punished. Also don't try to say there were no staff because I received a warning off of James Stone a few minutes prior to you gluoning my friend.

Dosent mean you werent affecting others RP experience, you could have broken rules and the people that were hurt by it just didnt bother to report you does that make it any better?

It is the users call whether they want to report it or leave it be, trying to retaliate by breaking a rule yourself does not give you any sort of excuse. Stop digging for reason to avoid getting a punishment, what you did was not justified in the slightest.

Indeed, people shouldn't rulebreak in general, but that's how users usually react to people breaking NLR. Yeah I see how this is an overreaction by lucious for whatever reason; you didn't mass break NLR either, and it was for a couple of seconds in spawn, you couldn't do much else. In the meanwhile, I'll talk to him to get his side in this, since he's pretty rule-abiding in general, if this hasn't been handled by that point. Don't worry about it.

Just because Rhys might of been breaking NLR, doesn't mean that justifies what this skrub did, in all honestly this kid doesn't / didn't give a shit about him breaking NLR but saw an opportunity to RIP a suit and went for and failed because he is a moron.

In no way should a users actions but justified based upon others, that isn't how staff should be thinking

These are all assumptions and guesses stop thinking over your head , you dont know why i killed him.

Due to a couple of recents, and the evidence against you, I'm gonna give a warn for the RDM. Please don't let it happen again. Also, if I may make one additional note: Please don't "playfight" in the spawn, it's all good that you're doing it with your friends, but someone can see it and think it's okay to RDM others or take it that little step further.
