As you can clearly see, it's extremely difficult for me to determine at which time of the day I should be looking for your bugged death. Really this would have been a lot easier if you'd be able to give us any date, something I'm sure you could have determined had you actually made this request 6 months ago and not now.

So unless you can give me a rough timestamp that I should be looking for this will be denied.

I'm not going to check every single one of those logs to see if any of them were the one Bmanwolfpack randomly died to. I need a timestamp to determine the right course of action here. Once again, this'd all be a lot easier to do if he'd made the refund request right after Christmas when this happened, as I highly doubt he actually remembers the time.

I'm sorry, I really am, but there's nothing in the logs that supports your claims. I simply cannot find the log of you dying with a suit on. There's one moment where you died with a suit on, in spawn too, but you were killed by a PSG by Matt in that scenario, so it doesn't seem right.

Either you uploaded this video a day late or I'm missing something obvious, but I honestly cannot find this moment anywhere, and I cannot determine how you died. Sorry, but because of that I will have to deny this.
