Story: Im bad at the game so I used a jugg to avoid an arrest and missed an entire clip into some dude before i walked into the sidewalk of doom and it killed me.

Known bug, should be refunded.

We need more info than just six months ago. Can you give us a specific date? Otherwise I will have to deny this - don't make refund requests six months after it happened, as it makes it difficult for us to check the logs.
