How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
In my time as admin i have always tried to not break any rules or staff ethos and try to ensure that all my punishments are fair and am always trying to help others even other staff. I feel that my time as a administrator has helped develop multiple valuable skills that would help me to become a super admin. Being staff for more than 4 months i have learnt what is the best and most fair way to handle situations based on their actions and recents not on them as a person. I sometimes gets asked to help some moderators with a situation that they have said they are struggling with or need some guidance and i always try to help the person come to a reasonable conclusion and help them to realise what to do if the same situation was to occur again, being a super admin would be focusing on helping staff and helping improve the sever which i would like to move on to. I would be able to help other staff become the best that they can be and help out the whole community much more.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?:
Being super admin i can carry on helping the community but in more ways than i have before. I have always liked the idea of training someone myself and i would ensure that they would be trained on everything without missing out some parts which may cause future issues. When it comes to training me and friends have seen that usually you have to wait till the next day to be trained as the meeting goes on for a while, but i am normally on the sever for another five hours after meeting starts so are able to help train staff on the day they are promoted right after the meeting. I would help make sure no staff member was abusing and make sure they are doing the best job possible. I don't see many staff abusing at all but when when i do i try to contact a lead team member and provide substantial evidence. Being a super admin i can talk to the person when it happens and bring it up in the lead team meeting myself instead of trying to contact a lead team member which is sometimes hard to do. I always try to do f1s quickly but with high quality to make sure it is a fair conclusion. I am staff on multiple of the zarp severs and always get the minimum activity requirement or f1s and strive to get much higher. My activity is not the best at the moment, due to recent exams, i am spending more time with helping people than role playing so i can help out the community as much as i can. I have lately been speaking more in meetings (which my mic makes me sound quiet and therefore not heard) and give my personal opinions to the rest of the staff and would try to make sure the outcome of the meeting was fair and not bias. I am friends with a few of the lead team members and work well with them but since i have been mostly controlling sever 3 as it always needs staff i haven't been speaking to many of the lead team members. I am allot more active on the forums and are giving good feedback to others applying for staff or a promotion and dealing with some appeals.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
As an administrator i have came across many obstacles that needed help from a lead team member such as possible hacking, staff doing poor jobs and ignoring f1s and abuse of powers committed by some staff. A recent incident that took place was a member of staff was rule breaking on their alt account that was harming other players experience. I took screenshots and a lead team member was contacted through ts3 and they confirmed the person was using an alt and that the screenshot clearly shows them breaking rules and they further dealt with it. If i would to be super admin i could deal with it myself and ask them what they were doing and explain to them that what they did could of ruined other peoples experience and bring it up in the lead team meeting myself. Also another smaller situation was when i suspected someone for hacking and contacted a lead team member and asked then to log on and anti-cheat them and the user was kicked and told not to join with the hacks on.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
If there was a report abuse against an admin or mod i would look over it. If the story did not show anything that the staff did wrong i would deny it for the reason of "the staff member did nothing wrong." If they state the staff did something wrong but had insufficient evidence i would ask if they had any evidence and also ask the staff if they did this or not. If the staff denied doing anything wrong and the person had no proof i would deny it for the reason of "lack of evidence." If their was proof or the staff admitted to it and he had no official warnings i would discuss to them that their powers are not to be abused and make sure they knew the rules and staff ethos and i would then bring it up in the lead team meeting.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
First i would check if the person who had been banned had any recent punishments that could of justified having a longer ban time, i would also get in touch with the staff member issued the ban to see why they had put it for such a high amount of time and if there was no reason for the high ban i would get them to lower it and make sure they new the staff ethos and how long the ban should of been to prevent this from happening again and bring it up in the next lead team meeting or give them a verbal warning, but if they were constantly banning players for no reason or trying to ban everyone on the sever, i would issue an emergency demotion so no more players can be harmed as the staff are ban abusing.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
If a staff member was not dealing with a user in an appropriate manner i would message him privately or in admin chat to see what the issue was and remind him to stay calm. If he carried on in this manner i would see if he needed any help and try to resolve the incident myself. After i would advise them to keep calm at all points and try to find away to prevent this from happening again. If the staff had done this multiple of times and was not listening to the advice i would bring it up in the following lead team meeting to see if anything should be done.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member A accuses another staff member B of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
First i would ask staff A what happened and if they had any proof to support their accusations. if they did not have any proof i would ask the other staff member B if he did what the other person is claiming. If he denied doing it then i would tell staff member A that nothing can be done without evidence and to make another report including evidence if this were to happen again. if staff A had proof that clearly shows the other staff breaking rules or staff B admits doing what he had done would make sure he knows the rules fully so the incident would not occur again and bring it up in the lead team meeting to see if any further action should be taken.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
If there was an argument between two staff members i would get each of them to tell the story of why they are arguing and how it started. I would also remind them that staff have to keep calm and arguing in front of users would not be showing a good example and that they represent zarp, so if they argue it makes the whole of zarp look bad. I would try to find a way to stop the arguing but if this were to occur again i would bring it up in the next lead team meeting.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would ask them what they are doing and that breaking rules as staff is unacceptable. I would make sure they knew all rules and staff ethos so this would not occur again and bring it up in the lead team meeting. If it was a smaller rule like shooting police when they are not trying to arrest, i would explain to them that they are breaking rules and make sure they knew all other rules and wouldn't bring it up in the lead team meeting unless it was a common occurrence.

You’re a great guy, amazing admin but i don’t think you stand out enough. Try to handle all of the ssrp reports to make the lt know that you want this position.

Fred has provided some very clear evidence of you allowing rulebreaks, this does not look good in you, you should really talk to lead team and let them get a better example of you, because right now, it’s not good. You could also be active in the meetings, active in the community, staff team, ect. Show the lead team this is the position for you. That you can handle this position, and that you deserve it. If you can’t handle rulebreakikg from friends, don’t hang around with them.

honestly I don't feel you'd be a good candidate. You pick and choose when you want to enforce the rules. You also don't fully know them as I have noticed multiple times such as the bribing rule and you tried bribing and selling job positions.

i agree im probs not a good candidate and there are manyother people that deserve it over me, but i am trying my best and trying to improve. I have made mistakes in the past and are trying to minimise them.
that video fred sent. the story was i messaged the player through steam and told him he had 5mins to get the printer somewhere else, so he had time to get a raptor or something to remove it. so i left him to sort it.
