Fred has provided some very clear evidence of you allowing rulebreaks, this does not look good in you, you should really talk to lead team and let them get a better example of you, because right now, it’s not good. You could also be active in the meetings, active in the community, staff team, ect. Show the lead team this is the position for you. That you can handle this position, and that you deserve it. If you can’t handle rulebreakikg from friends, don’t hang around with them.
