I expected this to be honest. Lemme start this by saying that I consider you a friend Raeker and anything in this response is mainly objective with some personal opinions surrounding it.

Firstly I'd like to respond to Stone quickly by saying that while normally I have no issues with you your post suggests that you think Raeker is a mean person which is by far the most absurd accusation I have ever heard I think.

Secondly I personally think Raeker will make one of the best Head Admins SSRP has seen as he has proven time and time again that he is an extremely able member of staff capable of maintaining maturity and respect even towards minges and trolls which is something most staff do not have the mental capacity to do.

My main withdrawal about this is your activity and time on SSRP, I personally feel that your focus is too much on your other staff positions over SSRP as even if it was a 50/50 split (50% of your time spent on SSRP, 50% of your time spent on other servers) that still wouldn't be enough in my books as SSRP should always take priority if you wish to be a Head Admin.

That being said however, if you base the necessary level of activity with the atrocious level of activity of the current Head Admins + Captin while he was still Head Admin (with a few exceptions like Morgan and Onion of course) then you are superior to them in terms of activity so I guess your all good.

In conclusion you are my personal favourite staff member and I'm sure you will do great as an SSRP Head Admin granted that you improve your activity.

Considering the fact that you have been banned until recently, it's quite hard for you to see me do anything. As I have continuously stated in the past, my Gametracker does not track my time. For the very reason that for it to track, you need to get score. To get score you need to kill people, and I do not kill people very often. As stated on my application I have roughly between 50-80 hours, which is a very big difference but way different compared to your 19 hours.
If you check the last played date it should say that I last played yesterday or the day before on Server one. I also spent quite some time on S3 yesterday, too, which didn't track because I didn't get score. However, the Last Played clearly shows a completely different thing to what the time shows on the Gametracker.
Nobody codes for SSRP aside from a very select group of people, namely Chute and EMP. As far as I'm aware not even Tyler and Max are allowed to code on the server, although I could be very wrong.

I believe my dedication shows more in managing the staff team and my activity in the meetings than it does on the server. So the argument that I would not be dedicated is nothing more of an assumption, especially as how I have had provided Sorle the reasonings as to why I was inactive for a period of time. (note: during this time I still actively joined TS and posted on the forums, trying to still do my job as properly as I could).

Also, never ever use Chummy as a reason to put a negative light on my application ever again, especially considering the fact you know nothing about him or his resignation or what happened prior to it. I don't respect it and I know for a fact that he doesn't either.

Chummy resigned because he didn't want to be demoted. He could no longer join the meetings, struggled to be active on the Teamspeak and had other priorities over the server. It had nothing to do with no longer being able to give in 100% into the server, as he knew full well he couldn't put in that effort for a longer period of time.
I shout repeatedly at you because you do not learn from regular conversations. It might be threatening, but if you continue to harass and bother me as well as other staff and completely lie at my face then I'm truly sorry but I cannot remain calm in such situations. I keep my calm most of the time, so if I do not act calmly to you then that says more about you then it does about me.
