But FleX got in trouble for killing Vego in his hyper and another 2 people, but then it got denied because they came from "inside" the PD, they said you cannot kill in lobby. Ill use the same example as I did before. Basically u can kill him because ur raiding and if u were raiding a district base ur not gonna not kill someone because they are 'trying to access the npc' your gonna raid them and kos all. It works the same with the pd.

Because FLeX got reported for killing people in the lobby, the report got accepted. Then, it got denied because they came from "inside" the PD doors, so it's KOS'able. Now, you say you can kill people using it, less than a month ago you couldn't. I'm really getting confused since people keep saying the different shit.. ^_^
