Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
I will use everything i have learned from being Moderator and utilise them when necessary
Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
The only time i would ever think of using a ban command is if someone is hacking, has reached 5 total warnings or Mass RDM
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
i would say first and foremost how to open the menu by typing in chat '!menu' to get most of the commands but they most likely wont need the 'kick command'. to open the warn menu to warn people you need type in chat '!warn', when the page opens click on the name of player who has caused the issue by right right clicking and then fill out the reason for the warn and you should be fine. when someone is mic-spamming or disrespecting make sure to tgag them for 5 minutes or tmute them for 5 minutes but if they continue re-gag/mute them for 10 minutes and so on and so on. also to check a players warning/slay sheet click F6 and to open the report menu click F2.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would apologise for the ban and lower the ban to more appropriate time like 1 week or less

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
as Moderator i feel that its necessary to be promoted as i feel my time as Mod is up and wish to move up in the ranks.
As Moderator most people still don't take you seriously when you say you will do something because they know Mod is the lowest rank you could be but if i was Admin people would be take my word for it instead of mimicking every word i say in a cringy voice.

You are very active and eager to handle staff situation like punishing people.
And I want you as a Admin!

It doesn't matter who trains you, as long as they do it well!

Anyway...

I think you are very active and tell people what to do on the server very well. You shouldn't need to be a higher rank just because people don't take you seriously, afterall you are staff and they are not. If they aren't listening to you then punish them for not corresponding to a staff member, it is your final word not theirs.

I do think there could be an improvement to the moderator facebook page section (add more detail).

Other than that I cannot see much wrong here, you attend meetings and actively play and talk whenever online.
