It doesn't matter who trains you, as long as they do it well!

I think you are very active and tell people what to do on the server very well. You shouldn't need to be a higher rank just because people don't take you seriously, afterall you are staff and they are not. If they aren't listening to you then punish them for not corresponding to a staff member, it is your final word not theirs.

I do think there could be an improvement to the moderator facebook page section (add more detail).

Other than that I cannot see much wrong here, you attend meetings and actively play and talk whenever online.
