after this he had already banned me on the forums, so I decided to contact Paramontana asking if he could let me speak with Onion as he was ignoring my messages, he put me and Onion in a spacer where I explained onion it did not break Terms Of Use but Onion refused to listen to what I said and ended it with saying that the ban will stay.

for those who got butthurt for whatever reason, fill this out

If he thought it was breaking TOU then he had the right intentions. No need to try to demote people for these minor things. I get the idea that this post is more to make you feel good; pointing out other peoples misstakes rather than actually have some justice. randomly banning people is not a minor thing at all. justice would be a very severe warning to deter this or a demote.

Not picking sides here, just saying that he did actually approach Onion about it on Teamspeak.

If he removed your post you should have excepted it and discontinued posting it. Forum staff are allowed to interperate the TOU as they see fit and if he felt the post was inappropriate he is allowed to remove it at his discretion and hand out punishments accordingly. You intented the image to be used in a negtive fashion or you would't have admited to breaking the TOU in the first place just because you tried to loophole and get around it does not change your intentions. You were clearly in the wrong here and have only your own actions to blame for what happened. I would have done the exact same thing if I saw someone cheeky trying to circumvent my judgement.
