If he removed your post you should have excepted it and discontinued posting it. Forum staff are allowed to interperate the TOU as they see fit and if he felt the post was inappropriate he is allowed to remove it at his discretion and hand out punishments accordingly. You intented the image to be used in a negtive fashion or you would't have admited to breaking the TOU in the first place just because you tried to loophole and get around it does not change your intentions. You were clearly in the wrong here and have only your own actions to blame for what happened. I would have done the exact same thing if I saw someone cheeky trying to circumvent my judgement.
