Most people are searching for happiness. They’re looking for it. They’re trying to find it in someone or something outside of themselves. That’s a fundamental mistake. Happiness is something that you are, and it comes from the way you think.

I'm sorry man but I see you make a post like this at least once a month, I'm not sure if it's attention seeking or not but seriously if you need help i'd call a hotline.

TL:DR - dont bottle up your problems, open up to someone you can trust, it helps. |
