im usually not the type of person to really care about others but i know how you feel and i know that pushing your problems down can become a hell of a weight to carry, and it can really break a person. i suggest you find someone you can talk to, a friend, a family member, anyone that you know you can trust, and open up to them about your problems. it might be hard at first but once you tell them about something, the other things will come pouring out, and eventually you'll feel like 1 million pounds has been lifted off your soul.

TL:DR - dont bottle up your problems, open up to someone you can trust, it helps.
