Story:
My internet cut out for a few minutes then when it reconnected, the server timed me out when I clearly had time left to reconnect, causing me to lose my gold plated printer.(I'm really poor and it was my only source of income I only have 10million...).

Bump :c would really like someone to look at this who can possibly help me.

If it was due to your internet then you won't be refunded, it has to be a server-side issue, I'm really sorry.

Due to the issue stemming from your WiFi at first, this will not be accepted most likely, good luck nonetheless!

Hi as stated we only refund due to issues caused by our end. Unfortunately your internet connection is out side our control and because we have no way to make sure your timing out was legit. Not just you unplugging your router so you could save your printers. We cant refund you.
