Story/Situation - What happened? I saw a base at warehouse district and saw Mr Hotz And I said Is this your base and he said yes so later on i get a few friends and we go to the base and my friends blow up 1 of them and then i start shooting Mr Hotz When he had a psg out and he pulled out physgun and froze me even tho i was raiding his base.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? I feel the warn was very unneeded

After speaking with Mr Hotz himself he claims he said "I might be basing there" which to me sounds like he may have been 'baiting' you to raid him so he can warn you later on. I feel as if this is unfair. Not only that but as DB Killer didn't have any recent warnings and this clearly wasn't an intentional RDM so i feel a warning may also be unfair regarding that DB Killer didn't intentionally RDM but instead just trying to raid. I feel like a good talking to would have justified this a lot smoother as rather than just telling him what he did was 'technically' wrong he would understand why.

I have decided to come to a conclusion that this Appeal will be accepted and your Warn will be removed. I will however speak to you in game to clear things up to prevent this from happening in the future.
