After speaking with Mr Hotz himself he claims he said "I might be basing there" which to me sounds like he may have been 'baiting' you to raid him so he can warn you later on. I feel as if this is unfair. Not only that but as DB Killer didn't have any recent warnings and this clearly wasn't an intentional RDM so i feel a warning may also be unfair regarding that DB Killer didn't intentionally RDM but instead just trying to raid. I feel like a good talking to would have justified this a lot smoother as rather than just telling him what he did was 'technically' wrong he would understand why.

I have decided to come to a conclusion that this Appeal will be accepted and your Warn will be removed. I will however speak to you in game to clear things up to prevent this from happening in the future.
